This is an intimate gatherings of a few select friends, all of who are influencers in different fields, relaxing, brainstorming and enjoying the best that the Caribbean has to offer. This is an exclusive “by invitation only” group so please do not share this invitation (without calling me first). We’ve literally hand-selected the very best group of people- and you’re one of them. MASTERMIND:
Although this isn’t a structured mastermind week, we’ve found that it helps to introduce the group to one another in the beginning of the trip, and then allow for informal connections throughout the week, and end with a closing session on the last day. At the southeast end of the Lesser Antilles, this remarkable coral island is home to a lifestyle that is uniquely Barbados. Tropical, diverse, friendly, and magnificent it is no wonder why Barbados has remained a jewel in the West Indies.
Barbados is truly one of the most beautiful islands in all of the Caribbean; and this is harmoniously balanced by the lovely people that live here. It is also the eastern most island thereby strategically avoiding the hurricane patterns that unfortunately hit the area from time to time.
The island is warm and sunny throughout the year. Warm days find average temperatures between 75º and 85ºF while evenings are cool and quite perfect for sleeping. Rainfall occurs mostly during summer months, but it doesn’t last for long.
TO GET THERE:
The sole Barbados airport is Grantley Adams International (IATA Code: BGI), a modern airport that has been recognized as the “Caribbean’s Leading Airport” at the prestigious World Travel Awards. From the US, American Airline and Jet Blue both fly to Barbados. (I booked on Jet Blue from SLC for around $500 round trip!)
The Barbados airport is situated in the south-east of the island, approximately 13km (8 miles) from thecapital city of Bridgetown, and also serves as a hub for the islands of the Eastern Caribbean.

DATES:
We’ve reserved the villa from October 22nd-29th, 2011. We have only three suites remaining and we’ll book them on a first come-first serve basis, so please let us know ASAP if you’re interested! Call me at 406-848-1771 to hold yours until we receive your deposit.
COST:
You’d think this would be expensive, right? Since we’re sharing the costs, it’s only $3200 per person, double occupancy!
If you want to come as a single person we’ll try to match you with someone else to share a suite, but it’s best if you book the entire suite and you can bring a second person along for the total cost of $6200 per suite. This includes your suite, all government taxes, gratuity to the villa staff, AND all gourmet food, beverages, alcoholic drinks and house wine at the villa!
DEPOSIT:
Since we’re less than 45 days away from the trip, the balance is due in full to hold your space. Deposits are non-refundable unless we’re able to book someone else in the suite. You can purchase travel insurance separately should you choose to do so. We are forwarding this to select friends and associates, knowing that we only have 3 remaining villas.
