for the Global Hug Tour Now Available

The Global Hug Tour is looking for team leaders at each stop!

Are you a team leader?
Do you motivate and inspire people?
Are you looking to make a meaningful contribution and be recognized for it?
Then this opportunity might be right for you!

Gail Lynne Goodwin, founder of InspireMeToday.com and her husband, Darryl Slattengren, a veteran pilot with NetJets, will take off in a small prop plane and fly around the world to deliver that message and literally hug the world.

The Concept: The founders of the proven powerhouse, InspireMeToday.com, fly around the world in a small prop plane, to deliver more than 100,000 hugs and millions of dollars with non-profit causes.

In this time of doom and gloom when it seems the whole world is struggling, we choose to change that focus by inspiring humanity to trust in what is possible. We believe in a message of hope, change, responsibility and commitment to others.

The tour will be divided into six segments from 2-6 months each, over the next three years. For a $10 contribution, one can sponsor the delivery of a hug and choose the city and cause where their donation will make a direct, tangible difference.

Why would I want to be a Team Leader?

You want to be a Team Leader for lots of reasons! Most importantly, you'll be making a huge difference in your own community! But being a Team Leader is also good because...

As a Team Leader or Co-Team Leader, you will be responsible for
keeping us on track in your city in the following areas.

Suggesting a Non-Profit

Since you are much more familiar with the needs of your city and the organizations that serve them, we'd like you to help us select the right non-profit to support in your city. Each non-profit we support should meet most, if not all, of the following criteria:

• Each $10 hug in support of the organization will help make a substantial, tangible difference, that we can easily describe. For example, 2 hugs will educate a child in Cambodia and 100 hugs will save the life of a child in India (REQUIRED)
• Can easily gather 2000 people for us to hug, whether 2000 in one location or 200 each in 10 locations
• Supported by a major celebrity who can help spread the word about the Global Hug Tour
• Has strong media connections to share what we're doing

Coordinating Media Relations

We want to make sure that people learn of what we're doing so they can support our partner non-profits and our mission. You'll help set up interviews with both traditional and new media. Familiarity with social media like Facebook and Twitter is going to be very important!

Identifying Inspirational Luminaries

One of our goals for the Global Hug Tour is to find inspiration around the world. We need your help in identifying three amazing, inspirational people in your city, whom we can interview and feature later on InspireMeToday.com - we want to share their wisdom with the world! One or more of these luminaries can be part of our partner non-profit, but they don't have to be.

Coordinating 2000 People to Hug

In coordination with our partner non-profit, you need to make sure that we'll be able to hug 2000 people in your city. If our partner can only field 1000 people, you'll need to step up and help find the remaining 1000.

Finding Local Support

Although you're doing a great job supporting us in your city, we know we'll need even more support:

• local sponsors, to help us by donating money to offset the financial cost of the tour
• local in-kind sponsors, to help us by offering things we need (hotels, food, even the space to hug 2000 people, etc.)
• and local celebrity contacts, to help us spread the word.

Coordinating Our Visit

You'll be our liaison the entire time we're in your city, so you'll help us first schedule our visit before we get there and then help us stick to that schedule once we arrive. We'll need you to keep us on track!
