Inspired Mutual Abundance Agreement

Our website is all about living your best life, with integrity. We feature amazing Luminaries to help us inspire the world to be a better place. Because of who you are, who we are and the intent of our site, we can keep our agreement simple. Here's what we promise each other:

InspireMeToday.com (Inspire Me Today, LLC), promises to:

• Share. We believe in mutual abundance. Since you're helping us inspire the world with your brilliance, we'll share any membership revenue generated from your unique affiliate code with you on a 50%/ 50% basis. As to anyone who joins IMT using your code, you will get 50% of the membership revenue for as long as they remain a member. We'll send checks monthly, when they reach $100.
• Provide exposure for your message to our opt-in and Premier Members. We'll feature you on the site, according to schedules we design, send your Today's Brilliance out to our list and keep you in the archives as long as they exist. (You understand we have no obligation to publish; times and messages do change!)
• Invite you to participate in teleseminars, webinars and live events hosted by IMT. We're here to help promote YOU!
• Provide a link to your website and also to up to three (3) of your products on Amazon.com. We want to help you sell your products and services.
• You get the immediate opportunity to purchase any books, DVDs, CDs, etc, created by IMT, at our cost and resell them on your website or at your events (without alteration).
• Always give you the proper credit for your work, always!

You, our Inspirational Luminary Promise to:

• Allow us to post your bio and photo that you provide.
• Provide us with an original quote from you, or your favorite from another author, if the other author’s work is in the public domain.
• Write your Today's Brilliance for us and allow us it use it, to inspire the world. You keep the copyright but license it to us, non-exclusively, for any of our commercial use, which may include sharing it on our site, in an e-book or Best of IMT book, or on a audio CD for our members. We have the right to create derivative works or recast your quote, so long as we don’t change the inherent substance; and you waive an “moral rights” in the quote. The quote is a “work for hire”. We promise to give you credit each and every time.
• Be interviewed by Gail Lynne Goodwin and allow us to use the content on InspireMeToday.com (after you review the interview and consent). Since this is our interview, it’s a work for hire and we hold the copyright, but you're welcome to included it on your website, non-exclusively, royalty-free, with a link back to InspireMeToday.com. You can terminate our right to use the quote and interview on thirty days advance written notice.
• Send an e-postcard to your email opt in list, inviting your fans to visit InspireMeToday.com on your feature day. We'll send you the card a week before your feature date. Your content will be always be free to your guests, as long as they use your code that we'll provide to you.
• Warrant that the work you're giving us is your original work (or a quote from another author that’s in the public domain) and doesn't infringe on any intellectual property rights of anyone else. You know, be honest and be nice. This is easy.

That's it! Out of respect for one another, we both agree that if we disagree on anything in the agreement or on anything related to it, we'll arbitrate our differences in Denver under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, loser to pay winner’s legal fees and other expenses. (Let’s hope we never hire lawyers about this deal). We're all for peace on earth and minimal stress in life- starting with us.
